Cumberland Service Exterminators, Inc., is family-owned and operated in Kentucky. Since our opening in 1978, we have treated every customer like they were a part of our family. Other companies may offer similar services, but our service comes with a personal touch.

In 1978, Jimmy and Ruth Jeffers, had a vision of a pest management firm that would offer superb service to par with the largest companies around, but with a local charm. Mrs. Jeffers soon took the helm and ran this company until her passing in 2014. She was a dedicated soul who not only ran the company, but got out in the field and serviced accounts when necessary. She put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into this company and now we have shed tears for her. We sure miss Ruth!

Years were spent developing and growing this company from a single technician to a staff of 11. Servicing large commercial, state, federal and local accounts to the smallest residential accounts; our service is unbeatable, our technicians are top-notch and our goal is to provide a pest free experience for our customers while simultaneously protecting the environment around us.

Our services have extended as far East and as far North as the state line, as far West as Owensboro, and as far south as middle Tennessee. We hope to expand into Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Indiana and Illinois in the near future.

In 2014, Mr. and Mrs. Hess took the helm and they intend to keep that local charm with a big company service! They have years of experience in the business and their dedication has proven successful through the years with other similar companies.
